Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before proceeding.
1. Right of Return
You have the right to return any product (whether defective or non-defective) within five (5) working days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the exact same condition as you received it. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or are not accompanied by their original packaging.
2. Exchange Policy
Due to the unique nature and seasonal character of our products, the following special rules apply:
We do not accept general product exchanges.
Exception: Exchanges are accepted strictly and solely for a change of size (in case of an incorrect fit).
The time limit for a size exchange is strictly within ten (10) working days from receipt, due to the limited availability of seasonal items.
3. Return Process
You can return your products in one of the following ways:
At our Physical Store: You can visit our store to hand over the product and arrange the return or size exchange.
Via Courier: Returns via courier are strictly carried out only after contacting our store by phone.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Creating and providing the return shipping label (voucher) is the customer's responsibility (arranged following our phone communication).
Cost Sharing: In the event of a mistake, the shipping cost is determined based on fault and is usually split 50/50 after mutual agreement.
Right of Withdrawal : If the return is made solely because you changed your mind about the purchase, the total shipping cost is borne entirely by the customer.
There is no restocking fee or extra charge for processing your return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the product and confirm it is in its original, pristine condition, we will proceed with your refund. The bank transfer will be completed within five (5) to seven (7) working days from the day we receive the returned package.
